Plug your Prisma device into your Android phone or tablet via a USB OTG adapter. NiteBridge requests access permission and detects the device automatically.
PrismaBridge locates your config.pcfg and therapy.pdat files, reads device metadata and machine settings, and discovers all available therapy sessions by date.
Newly discovered sessions are exported to OSCAR and uploaded to SleepHQ automatically. Reconnect weekly — only new sessions sync each time, so it's fast.
If your clinician adjusts your pressure settings, PrismaBridge detects configuration changes on your next sync and flags what changed — keeping you informed of your own therapy adjustments.

Android's USB mass storage API gives NiteBridge direct read access to your Prisma SD card without any cloud service, manufacturer account, or intermediary. Your data stays between you and your analysis tools.
PrismaBridge decodes your device.xml configuration file — extracting your machine model, serial number, firmware version, therapy mode (CPAP/Auto), pressure range, ramp time, and humidifier level.
Therapy sessions are stored one per night inside the therapy.pdat archive. PrismaBridge scans all available dates and imports each session individually — complete therapy history from day one.
Reconnect the same device and PrismaBridge recognises it by serial number. Only sessions added since the last sync are imported — so weekly syncs take seconds, not minutes.
Prescription changes made by your clinician show up on your next sync. PrismaBridge compares the new configuration against the saved baseline and surfaces any differences — so you always know what changed.
No Löwenstein cloud login, no third-party registration. PrismaBridge reads directly from the device you own. All data stays on your phone until you choose to send it to OSCAR or SleepHQ.
